Yes, the Behringer Utra-G works as well as any DI, with an acoustic guitar. It has two input pads to balance your input level.

Q: What type of cable should i connect from speaker out of my micro terror to the input jack of yhis DI?

Whatever cable you would use to connect to an external speaker cabinet should work fine, provided it has a 1/4" plug on the end going to the DI box. Remember that you need a speaker connected through this as well to maintain the expected load on the amp. There is a 1/4" jack on the box for the signal to go directly through and to a speaker, independent of the circuit for sending the signal to the mixer/PA/whatever. It is a load adapter with a 4 x 12 cabinet simulator. You could send the output to a PA or an Amplifier. It won't drive speakers.

I don't know but be sure to carry one or two backups in your gig bag

Rugged and Reliable.

I've always trusted Behringer, and the Ultra-G does not disappoint. Clean signal, no crackle, and a rugged design that does exactly what it need to do as a DI box. I don't need the speaker emulation, but I tried it out and it sounds reasonable.
