Seems to b working on a friends soft nails & thining hair, nails are growing stronger and not tearing , hairs nice & healthy only been taking the supplements a couple wks so will have to wait on the hair results a while longer. Only time will tell but so far so good !!

Absolutely brilliant! I have had short nails due to biting for forever but after taking these tablets they have been the longest they've ever been and so strong! I originally started taking them for hairloss which I have noticed has slowed right down but cannot believe the difference in my nails. If it's working for my nails, it must be for my hair! I plan to take these for the foreseeable future! I don't usually do reviews but I have been so impressed. This is after around 5 weeks?
