Q: What is this made out of? Is it phthalate-free?

I'm not clear if this is phthalate-free, but, as posted in my review, it has an unpleasant chemical smell. According to the Gaiam website, this is made of PVC, which I have concerns about.

Q: 50cm x 100cm is about 20 inches x 40 inches- couldn't adults use this as well since most are that size (I would hate to buy an unfamiliar brand)??

yes an adult could use this. I use it for core workout and sometimes sit on it while watching tv with the kids. There is a weight limit of 200 pounds. I would say as long as the adult is not very tall.

Q: What are the measurements from the floor to the top of the ball on the widest parts in inches? as well as length in inches?

I did not actually measure them yet but did blow one up. It is as tall as a milk crate and I would say about 2 1/2 feet long.

Q: Does it come with a pump?

Mine came with a pump; it is in the box. Purchased Dec. 2018.
