At my weekend security job patrol we have to cross over the roof on the 12th floor penthouse level that has a low parapet along the edge where we have to walk. It makes my fear of heights kick into high gear. I have been crossing the roof for three years now and everytime I get panicked. It sucks. So I took a double dose of this last weekend an hour before my patrol started both Saturday and Sunday and felt slightly less panicked. I also made sure not to ingest any caffeine before my patrols. I also have been taking it at night before bed with my usual ashwagandha, valerian and chamomile sleep regimen and it seems to help keep me asleep and wake up refreshed.

It hasn't helped with sleep whatsoever. BUT it does help to reduce inflammation in the body so I will use at least this bottle.

I rarely write reviews but this stuff works for sleep. Finally I found something that works. The past couple of months I’ve been waking up at 1am and can’t go back to sleep. I take 2 of these and 1 magnesium and I sleep all night!
