Hope it will lower my suger levels

The container is far to big for the amount of tabs inside.Such a waste of plastic.Hope its doing what it says on the container

I've been taking cinnamon for over a 2 years for health reasons and I feel they have helped me on my weight loss journey.My regular brand was out of stock so I decided to buy these as they looks as good. Although good value I'm not happy with the quality as I would say I had at least 20 tablets that were broken. I have just finished the container and had to throw away a lot of powder and broken bits of pills. Never had this issue with another brands I've purchased. I won't be buying this brand again.

Tablets size are small and good, easy to swallow, I use it to reduce glucose in my blood as a diabeticI do recommend the strength of the tablets, tablets container is well designed
