Its not what i was hoping for
mid honestly i have much better ones for around the same price. this is a bit cakey and not super great, it also is thick and not so easy to aply for under eye and wings. just my opinion

Great Eye pencil, does not smudge!✅✅✅
Usually when i wear a soft eye pencil , it smudges, so i have to wear a liner on the lower lid, to seal it, but this pencil does not smudge, i have even worn it to the gym!✅✅🥰🥰🥰🥰Only issue is that it has to be re touched a lot, as its not long lasting.
