Great dye replacer in baking!
Mixes in very well to whatever you’re using it in. Great option for dye free coloring in cooking or baking. Definitely makes a difference in your gut! Comes with a little scooper which makes it easy to use

Beautiful color and an added source of minerals our bodies need. I have it a 4 because the powder is so fine and it gets over everything when you open the package and scoop it out. A minor inconvenience, but not ideal.
