WELL DESIGNED! FITS THE LUXE 320 NEO BIDET PERFECTLY. The only fault is the instruction does NOT show how this should be installed to fit the seat to a 320 Neo. The INSTRUCTION MANUAL ONLY SHOWS the Luxe Bidets that are designed with a base that has 2 large holes that fit over two stainless steel round fittings and must use the tall U-shape seat raisers. HOWEVER, the 320 Neo does not have this style base. To connect the seat and the bidet you must install the seat with the original shorter raiser and screws only. This may mean the U-seat connectors may need to be angled toward the control panel. It "looks somewhat odd" but functions perfectly.I love the 320 Neo. Having the 2 controls is wonderful. One control allows me to choose the right water pressure and temp with ease. The other knob controls the intensity of the spray and controls 2 nozzles. A great hygiene concept. This allows for rectal cleaning and female wash. The seat and bidet are very easy to clean. The materials for both the seat and the bidet are made strong and appear durable. The best part is how fresh and clean you will feel. This was a true lifesaver after surgery. I wish I had installed this years ago just for the true clean feeling. Once the installer figured out how to install the seat and bidet properly he had it finished in under 30 minutes. Another blessing,.. this was done in minutes compared to what a floor model bidet would have required to demo the bath.

Fits perfectly with any LUXE BIDET. Has a very nice design to keep bidet water from splashing back behind the toilet seat like other toilet seats do. I like this one and recommend it for anyone who has a LUXE BIDET installed on their toilet. Works without a bidet installed as well.

I bought this to be the companion that fits perfectly with my Luxe bidet, and I am so glad I did! It’s a marriage made in heaven for comfort and compatibility! The bidet is my second, treating myself to an upgrade and leaving the fist one for our former home’[s new owner. I am a bit of an advocate for the devices to cut the use of toilet paper by 75% as well as going a LONG way in helping to prevent UTIs in females of all ages! They are also very beneficial for men and boys also, for that extra clean feeling, and nursing hoes love having them for their patients who can’t always effectively clean themselves. You all know what the saying is about cleanliness! Get the set!

My toilet seat was not one compatible with the Luxe Bidet. I was hoping I didn't have to spend more money to enjoy the bidet but I did. It worked like a charm and was not a waste of money or incompatible.

The installation of this seat is simple, but I recommend going to the manufacturer's website for videos. We have the Luxe Bidet Neo 185 Plus and we needed another part for the bidet to fit seamlessly with the seat. This information was not apparent on Amazon, and I had to order the alternative hinge covers directly from Luxe Bidet. I am waiting for them to arrive before I install my bidet again.As far as the seat coming down or not fitting the elongated seat, no problems here. I was able to adjust how the seat lines up with the toilet bowl.

Easy to clean. Nice not to have the loud smack of closing. Now if it just lasts a long time, we will be thrilled!

I had another brand bidet, and this seat worked easily, since there were 2 options: one for the LuxeBidet brand bidet and one for any other brand or no bidet. The seat looks great and has the quiet close feature.
