I use the same toothbrush for years now

This is my third one need i say any more

I honestly wasn't expecting much when I bought it, considering how cheap it is, but I was very pleasantly surprised. It does a really good job of cleaning each tooth, while also being gentle at the same time. Before this, I had a more expensive toothbrush from Oral-B and I didn't like how rough it was. It was actually making my gums bleed, but this one is perfect.

As much as I really like this Electric toothbrush, I have discovered that the replacement heads are not abvaible in the UK. Also Oral B advised that there is no other Oral B/Braun Heads that will replace this one. So quite disspointed with this, when the toothbrush wears out, I will have to buy a new electric one in the UK.

Absolutely great! My kids love them! Not much vibration on handle but amazing at cleaning teeth!

As in the title-I am pleased with this product and wish we could get more easily get different heads for the brush

Loved this at first - like the chunky "dual action" head & great to have long lasting replaceable battery rather than having to recharge the internal battery every 5 mins like my old one ++++4But now when its almost 3months old and will soon need a replacement head I find theres nowhere in the UK to get one!! - - - - -5!I notice that Braun/Oral B mistakenly claim that heads for their other models are compatible - but how could that possibly be the case when with those you replace the entire brush length section (as is usual), whereas with these you can only replace the actual brush section??? Theyre obviously not compatible, and even if they were they wouldn't have the dual action head so you'd end up with a totally different toothbrush!C'mon Braun! Sort this out! This is very shoddy customer service!You'll probably say that the spare heads are made by 3rd party companies, but even so - surely you have a responsibility to let them know which countries your selling these in, and to make sure they also ship some supplies to those countries for YOUR ("valued?") customers!**UPDATE**I did a bit of checking on Oral-B's websites worldwide and thought I'd add some extra info for anyone else who is also having trouble finding replacement brush heads for this.>> I dont think Amazon ought to mind me telling fellow customers where to get a needed product that for some reason they currently dont stock or sell...It seems Braun market these brushes under different names elsewhere - India, Singapore, South Africa etc - usually as the "Cross Action Power toothbrush" and the replacement brush heads are coded "model 4734" - see sample pics attached.If you search under that model name you'll find some chinese exporters sell them on eeBay, but better than that is AliExpressCom where you can get packs of 4 for much less - as little as £2.50 inc. postage & estimated taxes.
