Total waste of time.
I bought theses multi collagen tablets after my usual brand were out of stock. Been taking them a week, within that time my skin has become dry, as have my nails and my aches and pains have all come back in my hands, shoulder and knees. Stopped them.

Took these for 6 weeks and continue to take another brand now for a further 2 weeks. There is no change to any part of me. Very disappointed as I saw great reviewd of Miracle changes.. but as usual it don't work really.
