This review is for the Waterproof Hypoallergenic Mattress Protector. I have one on every mattress I own. Hands down the best I ever bought. I own tuft and needle mattresses and an avocado with natural rubber, this works great on both types. There is absolutely no crinkle or any “plastic” like feeling to this. And, the most important…I don’t sweat on it. The foam mattresses sometimes leave me sleeping hot. The last thing I need is a waterproof mattress trapping my body heat. This cover is perfect. No noise, no sweating or feeling hot. I’ve spilled a glass of water on it and it worked. The only con? Waterproof pads can be tough to wash as the water collects in them. I usually hang outside to dry for that reason, or tumble on lowest setting.10/10, would buy again!

Giving this 4 stars because its accurate to description, but its just 'okay' in my mind. I chose this smooth cover over the terry-cloth version because I didn't want the terry-cloth poof under my sheets. If I could do it all over again, I think I would have gotten the terry-cloth version for noise reduction. These are certainly not "noiseless," but its not a disruptive noise. I can definitely tell there's a plasticy material under my fitted sheet, so if you're going for a fluffy, silent, sleeping on a cloud type bed, this might make you cringe when you get in. However, it doesn't disrupt the texture of the bed, its more like I can hear my sheets slip across it. (I don't actually know how noisy the terry-cloth version is, but I think there would be less of the slipping sheets noise.) I also water tested it and it lives up to the waterproof name. Only the top is waterproof, the fitted sides are a shear material and not waterproof. It fits nicely on a king size, but does tend to ride towards the center of the bed, slightly exposing the edges of the mattress, easy fix. I've been having to jump on my memory foam mattress daily for the last week for a good half hour to break it it. At 125 lbs, I've jumped all over the thing with this mattress protector on it and its held up nicely. Seems good quality. Easy to machine wash and air dry. I also got the pillow protectors and they seem to hold hair in the pillows. I keep them unzipped just a bit to release the air pressure. Overall, worth it to protect my mattress and pillows, although I'd recommend the terry-cloth version.

Purchased one of these with my bed in 2013. Loved it. Bought this online as a second one (it air dries, so need two to alternate as it takes a couple of days to dry) and washed it on cold, separately in a large garment bag and thought it was a bit weird that it dried in a day. After it air dried put it on the bed. Tore a hole in it pulling the sides under the mattress the first time I put it on the bed so it is essentially worthless before the first usage. The older one hasn't had any issues but the new one is much thinner and not at all durable. Won't be buying this product again. Waste of money. And since it claims a warranty of 15 years this is a non-sequitur since it didn't last one day. Even washing it in cold water and with a garment bag isn't going to keep the hole from growing. Also purchased pillow covers but not expecting any quality or coverage. Will find another brand that is reputable and will also call the store owner I bought my bed and the original cover from to let them know about the drop in quality by the manufacturer.

Fits our Double mattress perfectly and held up for the first wash great and I'm sure it will continue to stay in good shape

Wasn't sure if the plastic portion would be noisy or not but so far we can't even tell it's on our mattress. Works great

This was a great purchase. It is definitely waterproof, does not make noise or crinkle, and has washed and worn well. I have had it for over a year and ended up buying two more. I just wish they would go on sale more/ be a bit more affordable.

Fits perfectly on our mattress and stays in place.I haven't actually spilled anything on it yet, but the material seems as though it would hold up.
