They come crumpled up but straighten out once out of the package. I’m giving these to trick of treaters as a candy alternative so I wrote TOY on them as others have. I think they’ll be a hit! Great size, fun colors, great quality for the price!

These are funny. I bought them for treat bags and they're very stretchy, not sticky, comes in many colors and i have been testing the stretch, they stretch niceley without tearing. Nice variety of colors too.
