I love this real throws very smoothly it’s very light I love the dragon it is a good fishing reel the only problem I have with it is that it doesn’t take a whole lot of line. But due to the drag level I’m able to bring in pretty good size fish pretty quickly

I've been fishing for bass competitively for near 30 years and have used near every reel brand on the market. I started buying Lews when they re-emerged several years ago and have not had an issue with any of them. This reel is no exception--Casts and reels very smooth, drag is consistent and strong. I would recommend this and any Lews reel to anyone!!

Everything was perfect with this reel with the exception it only holds 90 yards of line. For the type of fishing I do 90 yards is not sufficient, otherwise it’s a fantastic reel.

I currently have two of these reels. I do A LOT of inshore salt water fishing is the guys at Lew’s said it was designed with the salt water angler in mind. It will work equally as well in fresh water. At 4.9 ounces and will easily fit in the palm of my hand, I can fish as long as needed with this setup. Customer service is outstanding as well!
