Great pack, I have backpacked in the past and I know when I see something good. I bought this pack mainly because I am Blind and am told to become visual to drivers while out walking on the street. Orange is the color. most of my clothes are dark in color. So when I saw this pack I bought it for the color. When I got it I was so surprised about the construction and the large amount of space and the ability to fold it up to a small bag it was great. The web on side for water bottles also surprised because I have a large water bottle and No backpack has been large enough for the bottle it just fell out so I would have to carry it. I have a guide dog and have to pack water and bowl for him plus my write stuff and food due to being diabetic on the move. There is so much space and compartments to handle any thing. I am so glad I found this pack. I was also felt like this company really wanted to make my purchase to be perfect for me that they sent me emails to make sure I was satisfied. Oh, did I say it has a lifetime warranty.

The best thing about this bag is that it very, very easily unfolds, and more important, REfolds into its own pouch. It is not enormously sturdy, which I guess goes along with a packable travel pack. It was not nearly as large as the pictures made it look... I'm thinking they used a very tiny person! We took two of these along on a trip to Costa Rica because the travel agent had suggested the need for day packs for excursions. Two normal-sized bath towels rolled up tightly completely filled this pack, with room for suntan lotion in the zippered compartment. You could have gotten on a water bottle on the side, but that's about it. We didn't give the packs very hard use, but I would not expect it to hold up for many trips, particularly if you were trying to carry anything heavy inside. And water resistance would be marginal. So, kudos for ease of refolding into the pouch, but other than that, it's not outstanding in any other way.

I wanted an orange and blue pack for my grandsons to have their favourite colours for their nature hikes and camping trips. So the the first thing I loved about this pack was the the selection of colour! However, I had some trouble getting the right colour sent to me and contacted the company via email over a period of several days. I had immediate responses, with specific instructions on how to handle the problem. They were MOST helpful and attentive and I would rate the customer service of this company at the highest level!! I also love the pack and know my grandchildren will love it as well. From a kid perspective, it is lightweight, water repellant, has lots of pouches and pockets to keep treasures and exploring gadgets and can fold up into a little pouch when not in use helping to keep the house less full and cluttered. My boys are 5 and 7 years old and it is perfect for them. When a wrong colour was sent to us, my husband also loved the pack and decided to keep the black pack for himself. It is perfect for biking day trips as well as hiking excursions. We will also use it as a light and very functional carry on for airplane trips. It would be perfect to pack in a suitcase for extra items that may be accumulated on a trip that need packing on a return trip (in case anyone ever shops while traveling and needs a place for items purchased). All in all, it is a great back pack!! A huge thank you to the company for such great service!!!!

I really like this backpack, Its a lot tougher than I thought it would be. I've had no issues hauling roughly 25lbs of combined textbooks, gym stuff etc. (additionally items with noticeably sharp edges). I haven't noticed any wear as of yet. I've only been using the bad for a bit over a month. I would give this bag 5 stars (except! The zippers frequently get stuck and thats a real pain). Overall 3.5 stars, Lucky for Trim Fit Life I round up.

I was not expecting such a high quality product for the price I paid. I decided to buy this bag because it is a bit larger than the Eddie Bauer bag I normally carry. I needed one for when I go for more than one day. This bag holds so much stuff. and adds virtually zero weight to my overall carry weight. I am very very pleased with this bag and I cant wait to hit the trails with it! I plan to buy another one of these soon.

It's pretty much what I expected. It's lightweight, packable, and will suffice as my under-seat carry on for an upcoming trip. My only complaint is that the orange is BRIGHT ORANGE, unlike the photo that displays on my screen. I expected a more sedate orange, but this thing is like crime scene tape orange, or danger zone orange. Not exactly the manufacturer's fault, given that we all have different computer screen settings, which is what makes buying online a bit riskier. I would not have bought it if I had seen it prior. But, no worries. It's otherwise exactly what I was looking for, and will do the trick. It's well sewn, good multiple pockets, and nicely reinforced where it needs to be. Speaking of pockets, there is a pocket in the back that runs pretty much the length and width of the pack, which is perfect for my small Macbook and iPad, holding them in place, as well as giving some upright integrity to the bag when needed. I just pad that space with some bubble wrap or a scarf to protect my back, and we're good to go!!

Got two of these for my husband and I to use when we go day hiking on the weekend.... and anticipating using them even more often when we retire next year. While they weigh little, they seem very durable to me and we expect to get a lot of use out of them. Both of us are plus size but they fit well and are comfortable...I especially like the chest strap which insures the straps don't slip off my shoulders, a problem I have had with other packs. I also like all the pockets and how much room there is inside. I am very please with the price and the quality of the product and highly recommend it.

Thank you for making these amazing backpacks! We bought them for the children we send to school in #Haiti. The quality of the material is better than other travel backpacks and the ability to fold them into small packs makes it possible to fit almost 30 in a suitcase-much needed when luggage is limited by an airline embargo. #BuildingHopeInHaiti
