Got my unit a couple days ago. Unpacked it, read the instructions, started using it....... works great.Unlike some of these units, which appear to have very cryptic instructions poorly written, the instructions for this unit are clear and understandable.The most important thing to remember with these units is DO NOT tightly close them when they are operating. Doing so will insure you get leakage of water as the unit creates O2, O3, and H2. Also.. do not over-fill. there is a fill mark on the glass bottle.. which = 8 ounces of water.The second most important thing to remember is to insure you are operating the unit in a well ventilated area as it will outgas both O as well as H. Some of the O will be in the form of O3 which is harmful to your lungs if inhaled in quantity. Personally, I operate mine with the top cap lightly resting on top of the unit and the unit sitting on my stove with the vent fan running, which will purge the O2 and O3 from your home as the unit works.O2 and 03 you say.. what's up with that.. this is supposed to create H2 in the water. FACT: the unit creates H2 through electrolysis of the water in the container. You cannot get any H2 without also getting O2 and some O3. It is chemically impossible.. so.. follow the directions closely and make sure you vent and purge O2/O3 after the unit is finished. O3 is easy to detect with the nose because it has a light acrid electrical smell to it.Third most important thing to do is use a good quality bottle water, NOT distilled water and NOT tap water. Distilled water is great for rinsing and cleaning the unit, but it inhibits electrolysis because there are not impurities in the water to aid with the process. Tap water is bad because the process of electrolysis will outgass Chlorine from the water... which is more toxic than any O3 formed. Personally, I use a bottled natural spring water (brand is of little importance).The final important thing is remember to do as the instructions state.. and do 4-5 cycles and toss the water at the end. This process gets the components responsible for the electrolysis active and operating optimally. It also insures you purge any latent contaminants from the manufacturing process.HOW CAN YOU TELL IT WORKS? Easy.. if it is working it will be bubbling small bubbles through the water from the bottom and some of that will vent out the top. The supplier recommends you run two cycles on good quality spring water to obtain ~ 2ppm of H2 in the water at completion. To confirm actual H2 levels though, you will need an H2 water test kit (which are available on Amazon for 25-30 dollars).HOW DOES THE WATER TASTE: different tastebuds will detect differently, but I find that the water I use is sweeter and "wetter" after 2 cycles of the unit. It tastes very much like fresh artesian well water fresh out of the well, and is notably softer, sweeter, and wetter tasting than the same water from the same bottle before treating.All in all, I am pleased with the unit, and it is superior to H2 tablets, less expensive, and actually a pleasing experience watching your water be converted by the unit to Hydrogen enriched water.

This Hydrogen generator is the best. We have tried several hydrogen generators and have tested them out and this is the absolute best of them all. You can check the vitality of the hydrogen maker based on the amount of bubbles that come up. Other hydrogen generators only generate minute amounts of hydrogen and you can see this by the number and size of the bubbles. This one beats them all hands down with bigger bubble sizes and more bubbles.You can also tell when it is not working because after a hydrogen generator does not work well the bubbles will dissipate in size and amount. We have had this for many months and it has held up very strong in comparison to other hydrogen generators. For those that have not received benefits from other hydrogen generators, I would recommend you to try this one as you might be non-responsive based on the lack of hydrogen generated in other machines.This company shocked me by the fast responsiveness of their customer care. My daughter had knocked this off the shelf and broke the glass part. I had asked them if they know where I can purchase the top part since everything else was working excellent. The company without hesitation or even before being asked sent us a brand new set of it without giving any problem. We were completely shocked to see that they went way beyond our expectation.We would highly recommend this hydrogen generator for the following reasons:1. It works and generates hydrogen in high quantity levels and you will feel the difference within 1-2 months as the benefits take some time to show up.2. Fanatical level customer support and satisfaction in both response time and in action.3. Long lasting generator and bubbles will not dissipate quickly.4. Excellent pricing, for this level of hydrogen generated most machines are 3-4 times higher prices. You are getting a top tier generator at the lower price range in the market. What an incredible value.5. Hydrogen water has numerous benefits as you can see on clinical studies by just googling them online and remember you have to be patient and drink at least 2-3 full glasses and wait at least a month but may have to wait over six months as it takes time based on your body, but it is fully worth it.

Unit quit working after 4 months. Has a mind of its own and turns on and off by itself. Seems to be short-circuiting.

Great product 4 star review due to its wayyyyy to easy to hit the on/off button. It has been turned on accidentally too many times. Fix that issue and the battery it will be a great device. I mentioned battery at the end because you get about a dozen uses before you have to charge it.

I actually like this product. The problem is there is no way to ask a questions, no customer service website or phone # and there is very limited instructions that came with the unit. This is my first time using a HWG and the instructions say I should be using water at a temperature of 120 df. So I can't use cool water? Or how is the chlorine and ozone vented. There seems to be no vent on the base... Also, why is it saying to leave the cap off while using? The picture shows the cap on when making hydrogen. Also, how to disassemble to clean? None of this is in the directions so I will return unit and buy a different one.

Was on a Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide Enhancement Cleanse - did that fully and wanted to keep enriching my system with Hydrogen Water. This was my best choice with research and reviews on Amazon. Was right - this is a perfect Hydrogen Enrichment System - great quality, great function, and well made machine. Used for a couple of months - perfect. Then I knocked over and glass vessel broke. Contacted the sell - great customer service - wanted to purchase a replacement glass vessel - they had none to sell - but seller offer to replacement my machine at no cost. Amazing - very satisfied and cannot wait to get my replacement machine directly from him. Will purchase a second one from this seller on Amazon to have at my work location for hydrogen enriched water during the day. A+ product and I highly recommend this seller and equipment.

C'est pas forcément donné, mais vous avez un véritable générateur d'hydrogène.J'ai suivi les instructions d'une personne anglophone qui disait1- Qu'il faut d'abord lancer la génération d'hydrogène par 4-5 fois avec de l'eau du robinet, et qu'ensuite on jette le tout. Tout simplement car on utilise la machine pour la première fois, donc possibilités de mauvais résidus dans l'eau.2- et le plus IMPORTANT, de ne pas fermer étanche l'appareil lorsqu'on le lance, on repose le capot par dessus tout simplement... en le posant, mais sans le tourner pour le fermer. Si vous le fermer vous pourriez avoir une casse au niveau du verre, ou une fuite sous l'appareil.Voilà du moment que vous suivez ces 2 consignes, l'appareil fonctionne très bien. Vous obtenez réellement une eau anti-oxydante qui à la différence d'autres anti-oxydants naturels, passera partout dans votre corps vu que... c'est de l'eau... et l'eau compose notre corps dans sa majorité.
