Perfect! So easy to put on. So easy to adjust. Soft and comfortable. Would fit a smaller and much larger arm, so it is, in fact, "one size fits most". I just received mine, but it seems to be sturdy and easily taken care of. My issue is sore, dry, highly sensitive elbows. This item does not have a lot of padding at the elbow, but it protects the area quite well without being bulky. Arm movement is not restricted. After trying a lot of other "solutions"...this one is the best. I've ordered another one for my other elbow! Won't need to wear both all the time, but nice to have the flexibility.

Writing this review in part because it seems that some customer reviews (perhaps lacking knowledge and understanding surrounding issues involved) appear to expect the un-realize-able results, while blaming this product.As my physician advised me personally, the best (physical) treatment for the "cubital tunnel syndrome" surrounding "tennis/golfer elbow" is to avoid (consciously, or unconsciously, as when sleeping) flexing/bending affected arm(s).This product allows the user to (variably) limit the degree of physically allowed flexing/bending. Individual velcro-binding straps (intended to be positioned on each side of one's elbow) allow for a uniquely (from what appears to be presently available on Amazon.com sales platform) useful and effective method of "customizing" such restrictions.I find the physical manufactured construction of the product to be pretty good (so far). (As is always the case with such products), the usable product lifetime of the velcro-binding straps may be limited. I wore the product for several days over bare skin surrounding my elbow, and it did not particularly irritate (my own) skin. Wash-ability appears uncertain.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I put this on and about 5 minutes later my pain increased. Made things a lot worse. This does not relieve pain. At all. This does not keep the elbow or joint in any kind of stable position. There is no compression of any kind. You can get a tshirt and tie it around your arm, it will be the same thing this product offers. Nothing. Don’t waste the money. Search for a different option.
