These are good quality and affordable..I needed to organize my yarn stash…I can get a lot of yarn in one container and can see what is in them! My blue Rebbermaid containers took up so much room..and I did not know what was in them!

Perfect size boxes to store old family photos in. The latches are secure and snap down securely. Nice, clear plastic.The box of 6 came all in the factory carton. Then that carton was packed into a larger box with paper surrounding. All in all there was only one of the lids that had a broken corner, but still attached. These will be stored in the garage, so I'm keeping them.

I guess it's Hit or Miss whether you receive all of the handles or not ordered a set of six and missing one set of handles the lids fit without the handles but they just don't lock and I have no idea how to reach out to customer service for Iris to get the handles and in reviewing the above statements it looks like customer service is of no help anyway

Good quality bins for a great price!

One of the boxes arrived cracked all over the bottom and the lid had a chunk broken off. I wish they were better protected in transit but they’re not wrapped with anything, and there’s no option to get partial replacements, only full returns, or troubleshooting options from the manufacturer through phone only. Inconvenient.I bought mine used in like new condition so I don’t mind the breakage but if I had paid full price I would have been very unhappy with the delivery experience. Function wise they work great but I make sure to be careful with the boxes when putting them down. If you need something super heavy duty I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this.

This product really helped me organize all my belongings—it has plenty of space, looks great in my room, and makes everything so much easier to find.

Not sure how to actually review this. I LOVE the bins but their customer service is lousy. I have ordered this and the next size down several times and one shipment was missing 4 handles, and a couple of handles have broken (and I would buy replacements if they offered them) and the last shipment had a broken bin in the box, though the box was not damaged in any way. I have called and emailed IRIS about both issues and have not heard anything back. I won't order any more of their products until I get the handles and a replacement bin.

Good tubs but I hoped they would hold 8 1/2 by 11 papers side to side so I could use them for file storage. They are tapered so a bit small at the bottom for that. Papers do fit the other way but you can't get as many in there.
