Original cable failed to pass signal, but still charged-up the oximeter. To use the PC app, that signal is necessary, so this was a replacement part, supplied via the support team for the oximeter. Has worked fine ever since.

Although the cable works fine, and provides a .csv and a .pdf file on a pc, there is a simple way to export these files to a pc, by email from a mobile. And it is free Also note there is less info provided in the .pdf sent by cable than by email, eg % under 80%, 70%. For £29.99 I would have expected rather more sophisticated and pertinent analysis of the data such as AHI (apnoea hypopnea index). Go figure!As for the oximeter, I am v impressed.

Worked fine with my CheckMe O2 monitor. It is rather expensive, but it contains electronics and is not just a cable (shows up as an HID device in Device Manager)

Really poor quality, definitely wont last long usb port comes out at a angle feels really flimsy when plugging inDefinitely not worth £30 its pound land quality. Does charge it tho but doesn't allow data transfer to pc/laptop.

Dieses Verbindungskabel zum PC ist notwendig, wenn man den Schlafmonitor von der Firma Viatom auslesen und die Daten auf den PC sich ansehen und auswerten will. Habe den Kauf deswegen getätigt. Bin gespannt, wieviel Steckzyklen das Kabel bzw. das Gerät aushält.
