start off lower than the dosage required and build your self up to the required dose or you will have a date with the rest room took me a week before I could use the required dose. with that said i do it every other day the taste is great surprisingly mix and let sit a few minutes or you will get little grits not absorbed at the bottom if you mix and try to drink right away but truly love this stuff

This works better than magnesium citrate and I don't know why but they do! I take two teaspoons per day. I did not think it would make me go several times per day but they work! The doc said no more herbal laxatives like senna because my colon is completely black. This will not cause that and the doc said it should clear up in a year! I have taken strong herbal pills my entire life and I am 60. I had no idea this form of magnesium would work! I'm thrilled! I mix with electrolytes so my sodium levels stay normal. Its important to do this.

Overall ok, but not great. I bought this more for the magnesium than the calcium. I think getting vitamins or minerals in this powder form is better than pills, since it's more likely to be absorbed, and an extra glass of water is always a good thing. So this gets the job done, but could be better. In particular, the taste is only just drinkable, but definitely not good. The powder also does not dissolve fully, which makes me wonder if I'm actually getting the dose I want.Update: I really disliked the lemon/raspberry flavor, it was horribly artificial. But I also tried the original flavor, and it was better - just mildly tart. Much more drinkable!
