Gold BJJ Jiu Jitsu Shorts - IBJJF Approved No Gi Fight Short - for Grappling, MMA, Wrestling, Muay Thai & Boxing

I was in the market for affordable fighter shorts that were also IBJJF legal.And I have purchased gold BJJ gear before so I was extremely excited when they announced they’re new Gold Fighter shorts.I love the light material, super breathable, the moister wicking is great & compression of the shorts is surprisingly great during live rolls. The bag it came in is very simple but very cool.I’ve worn them about 6 times since purchase and have also gotten our kickboxing instructor Kathy Long a pair as well.Overall extremely happy with the product and definitely looking forward to seeing more awesome product from Gold BJJ !

Absolutely love these shorts! I wore them for the first time at my first time at NOGIWORLDS and I won with these bad boys on💙 these are the best Grappling shorts I’ve worn! All the females at my gym have complimented me on them. For size reference I am. 5’8, 149lbs, 28waist, 41hips and i ordered a size small!

I ordered these shorts because the reviews seemed mainly positive and I need a pair of no gi shorts for my once a week no gi jiu jitsu class, but I can't seem to get a pair that isn't damaged.First I'll start with the positives that I noticed with these shorts.The material used is very soft, comfortable, light and the material stretches nicely too, making me assume that they would be very nice to roll in. The size and length is also great, I'm 6ft 200lbs, and usually wear a 34 waist pant and the large fit perfect around the waist and they actually went down to the top of my knees which is right where I wanted them, even though I wear compression shorts the whole mid thigh shorts thing isn't for me.Now the bad....Honestly there wasn't a whole lot I didn't like about them, but what wasn't good makes them unacceptable to keep thus far, and that is the quality of the stitching. On the first pair I recieved one of the two rounded tips on the drawstring was broken off and the threads were loose and hanging out in two different places on the outside of the waist stitching. So I chalked it up to a bad pair and requested a return. The second pair had both tips on the drawstring but had three places on the outside of the waist where the stitching was unacceptable.Overall I really wanted these shorts to work because they're everything in a no gi short that I want except the fact that I wouldn't trust the waist stitching to stay intact after a few rounds on the mat and washing. So if you get a good pair, then good for you👍send em my way if they're a large because I want these, I just want to trust that they'll last more than a couple uses/washes

I looked around for a while trying to find a pair of shorts to use during the summer for my Kenpo and BJJ classes. I was skeptical of these since the price was slightly lower than most other companies but the reviews were so good I decided to give them a try. I bought the medium and I'm 5'5" tall and about 155 pounds and the shorts fit perfectly! If you're around my height but slimmer you may want to get a small. I have a bit of extra meat on my bones so I went with the medium. I have been wearing these for a few months and the quality is amazing. They don't distort after washing (I never dry them and I don't recommend doing so) and even the logos have held up. I figured they might peel off after a few washes but there is no sign of this happening so far. They are really comfortable during my classes and help keep me cool. This is a perfect product.

These are now easily my favorite No-gi training shorts. I'm 5'9", 155lbs and the small size fits me perfectly. The shorts are comfortable with a nice, tight waistband and a high quality drawstring so I never worry about them sliding up or down while rolling and they fall just above the knee. The material is awesome - soft with just the right amount of stretch, very lightweight and they seem to dry very quickly. I will definitely be ordering more of these shorts!

Basic shorts that are awesome to roll it. They fall above the knee and don't stretch too much. I'm about 5'10-5'11, 200lbs and wear 32"32" pants. The larges fit great. The backside is a little tight so the don't roll off during the spar. I would suggest some sort of compression shorts/underwear to wear underneath them during rolls. Work great for Muay Thai as well.

After making the decision to try some more no gi classes, I was looking for an inexpensive short to get started. I am 6'0 266 lbs. So I was really concerned about finding a short that would be comfortable and ultimately not tear, but still not be too big and baggy.These shorts checked all of my boxes. The XXLs fit perfect on the waist similar to basketball shorts, the drawstring kept them in place throughout class, drills, and rolls. The material clings to your skin but are baggy at the same time. Its hard to explain, but I never felt as though my opponents hands, fingers or feet would get caught in a leg opening.Now to the stretch, they truly stretch and flow with your movements.These shorts are great. I admit I have nothing to compare them to, since I just transitioned to no gi classes. But I can say I have bought another pair. I have also seen some more seasoned no gi guys popping up in my gym with these shorts as well. For whatever that is worth. Lol I love them though.

These shorts seem to be pretty good quality, especially for this price. The material is somewhat thin, but that actually isn't a bad thing because it gets hot when I train, and they're not so thin that they seem weak or anything like that. The only thing that some might not like about them is the fit in the crotch region. They're somewhat tight-fitting and the bulge from my junk is a little more noticeable than I would like, but other than that these are great.
