Organic Limes, 16 OZ

Don't you love when you go to the store, buy your groceries for the week only to get home and half of your produce be bad the next day! Yes well me too! As a mom of 6 I don't have time to go to the store everyday! I also don't have the money to be replacing things I just brought the day before just because they went bad! Limes are usually my biggest one! But not these! They last through my week of groceries and meals and I was so happy, thankful and excited! The color and size of each one looked perfect! The taste was perfect! I will definitely be purchasing these over and over and over again!

Fresh and tasty

It's not often I get wowed by a bag of limes. And it's not often I buy any citrus by the bag because, in my experience, you usually end up with only a few that are actually edible. But organic limes aren't always easy to come by, and as I needed to use the zest, I wanted organic, which weren't available individually. So bagged organic limes were my only option in this case, and I'm happy I ordered them for delivery. I was very surprised at how plump and juicy the limes in this bag turned out to be. And if I were a food photographer, I'd have been especially chuffed, as every one was smooth and ready for its close-up. When choosing limes, it's not always easy to tell, either by looking at the peel or giving them a gentle squeeze, which will be juicy and which will be disappointingly dry inside. I needed a fair amount of lime juice for a particular recipe, and these provided so much juice that I had a couple of limes left over for other uses. While I can't realistically expect future purchases to measure up to my first bag of these limes, I'm definitely going to be ordering them again.

I would say 4 times out if 5 these are perfectly ripe with decent juice.
