Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I have been using this sissy squat machine for over 2 weeks now. I dont have lots of time to go to the gym due to my work schedule. This machine was the best option for me doing squat at home safely and correctly. First of all, the packing box was large but was not too bad to fit in the backsit of my four door sedan. There are only 3 parts that you need to assemble to make it work: the pad, the nod, and the protective leg cover. The machine does come with two resistance bands. You can tie it on to something stable and your upper body to have some protection and resistance. Personaly, I just like to hold a 25lbs dumb bell in my hand and squat with it. The machine is not very space taking. I can easily store it at any corner or in my garage. It is little bigger than a flight carry on luggage. The machine also has a wheel so you can easily push it to wherever you want. It is very light weight but stable to use. I use this machine to do home high intensity training. I would do 10 pull ups, 15 burpees, 30 push ups, and finish with squats using this sissy squat machine. Overall, I am very satisfing with this product. It has everything I needed. However, the instruction come with the machine are too simple and did not have any guidance for how to use this machine. I have added a short video for you guys in case you are confused about how to squat with this little beast.

I am satisfied with this unit & it looks great! No tools were necessary to finish assembly straight out of the box in seconds. Light enough to hoist over your head & hang to your ceiling/wall hooks out of the way when not in use. Of course, the wheels and handle make it even more portable. I am over 6ft in height & over 200lbs, and it is sturdy enough for my needs. I am concerned that it might not fare as well for users of extreme height and weight, like Hafthor Bjornsson(plays "The Mountain" in GOT), but for average people it will perform as expected. Some other sissy squat models are not as adjustable as this one-the calf pad adjusts very low for short people! Perfect for a home gym, but it is not commercial grade. Not interested/never tried the included elastic bands, LOL!

I must say I was deeply disappointed by this product, I almost injured myself several time while squatting because the ankle support apparatus slipped, I wouldn’t recommend at all.

This is a great little machine, get great workout on my quads, two sets of 24 reps and my legs are on fire 🔥.

Well constructed, very sturdy, the material used for the pads is thick yet comfortable on the skin (if wearing shorts). It's small enough to store away and light to carry and light if needed.

Great item, got to my location a lot quicker than I was expecting it. Easy to assemble ready to use in minutes. The only negative review I have is that my unit only came with one adjustable bolt. Tried looking on amazon for the one adjustable bolt but it’s not available. So I have to find a bolt to insert into my brand new unit to use it.

Wanted to buy sissy squat machine for a very long time but couldn't find one with good price until I saw this. It's very easy to assemble and well built at least for me (180cm, 85kg). It has a handle and wheels so it's so easy to move around. Would highly recommend! It was Prime eligible and I am a prime member so the shipping was free too.
