My first impression of this product was that it was a quality product with the different collagens in it that will benefit my needs. I have to work at getting enough protein each day. This allows me to have more protein which will include the ones needed to help with my skin and hair which is my focus. The capsules are easily digestible and do not cause any nausea. I have been taking these and have already noticed baby hair growing back in again. My nails are growing better as well. The complexion on my face has become smoother, and my skin is not as dry.

Everywhere you look now you see collagen peptides for sale. As far as quality however, you're probably taking your chances. You don't have to worry about that with this product, as with all NutraChamps products it's top quality. I have now finished my first bottle. I can tell you I've had great results. My hair, nails, joints and skin have shown great benefits. For instance, my hair has grown faster and seems healthier. My skin seems much healthier and not as dry as it often gets in the colder months.I enjoy the capsules much more than the powder alternatives. There is no aftertaste, and they are easily swallowed. I do a lot of running and gym exercise. My joint pain and recovery seems better also. Honestly if you're looking to try collagen peptides, give this product a shot. You'll be very happy with it!

Having had the product for about two week, I can't speak to it's efficacy yet. However, I've been taking only collagen, types I and III from another seller for about 5 months. I can say that I've experienced some good results with that collagen. BUT new information has come out over just the past month, I believe, that talks about the need for types II, III, V and X as well as those collagen types do some extremely necessary stuff in our bodies. This collagen brand has types I, II, III, V and X, all the types mentioned as necessary in new studies. The old school of though that we basically can rely on only types I and III, which are great for your skin but lack the ability to do other things, is about to be rewritten and if you are taking this brand of collagen you'll be ahead of the curve. I recommend it. NOTE: I only gave it 4 stars because of the short period of time I've been with this product. If it's as good as I believe, I'll update at an appropriate time to 5 stars.Also this brand comes in capsules making it convenient to take with you in case you want to take a second dose if you are out. The other brand I was using is just powder in a bag with a scoop limiting my options on when and how I can take that brand.

I've waited awhile to write this review because I wanted to get the full effect of this product. I'm very happy with the results I have experienced so far with these collagen capsules. I originally bought these because after menopause, my hair was thinning & breaking off. After researching collagen, I read that it would also help joint pain. I have 2 very bad knees, weak ankles & have had a hip replacement. In terms of the hair, to be honest I'm not sure if they've done anything because I've also switched hair products. But my hair shedding & breakage is now at a minimum. It hasn't been at this level for years! But what I'm most thrilled about is I barely have any joint pain anymore! It's still there, but at a very tolerable level. I feel it's because of these pills.Before I first purchased these, I researched and cross-referenced a lot of these companies here on Amazon. I felt the best about Nutra Champs. I think they're a Canadian company and the product is made in the USA. Initially, swallowing 3 gave me indigestion. So I then worked up to doing so, going back to 1, then 2, over a period of about 2 weeks. I also make sure I take these while I'm eating, not on an empty stomach. Since then, no problems whatsoever.I got my 2nd bottle, as they advertise, free, with no problems. I'm on their email list so I also get their sales. Delivery is always prompt.Altogether, I am very satisfied with these collagen capsules and will continue to keep taking these.

This doesn't help joint pain, but it does help with the stiffness. Could come down on the price because of this.

I'm waiting to see if it will help with joint pain and blood vessel walls. Liked that it has enzymes, but I find I have to limit some of the additional enzyme intake or there will be bathroom issues. That said, I'm using it to supplement a powder form Type 1 & 3 collagen supplement to aide in digestion of more protein than I usually eat as well as provide a little of the other types. Will revise if I find it helps or hurts...
