Service is very slow
I had to search everywhere for contact or how to get instalation done as the number given was not working. During instalation the technitian noticed that the screen is not working. He told me to lodge a service request. I lodged the service request and till now no one contacted me. Few days were left for return before instalation. That is what I should have done. They keep on saying yes someone Will call you but am still waiting. So much time for such a small thing that is supposed to be new and working properly. Still waiting on 26 Match and have to BE after Godrej.

The product featured is not the same
The product featured in the video and images is significantly larger than the product that was delivered. The delivered 8L (internal) safe does not have a slab/compartment. It one single space where you can put items. The safe is big enough for some light cash and small jewellery boxes. It will not be able to hold necklace boxes as shown in the image. The light in the safe is dim and does not really illuminate the safe's contents.
