Q: The space between the seat and toilet water goes straight threw it. What can I do about it? I've had the water soak my shorts a few times.

Sounds like the unit is too far forward and or use a metal wall valve sold separately to help turn down the water pressure a little. Other than that scoot your tush forward a little Or you could add a splash guard to the front of the rim by adding a strip of plastic and double stick tape to just touch the underside of the seat

Q: what is the difference in the luxe 180 and 185

Compared to the Neo 180 model, the Neo 185 comes with a turning water pressure control knob instead of a pull up lever. This is the only difference between the 2 models.

Q: Product states it's a dual nozzle. Are both nozzles situated on the same mechanism? How does the female nozzle work?

The nozzles are side by side and drop down only when activated. When the knob is turned to Wash, the regular cleaning nozzle will drop down. When the knob is turned to Women, the women's nozzle will drop down. The women's nozzle has a slightly lower angle and softer spray.

Q: Any suggestions for toilet seats (specific brands and models) compatible with the Neo 185 and/or 180 bidet attachments?

They fit all seats, i got hold of some thicker bolts to go through the toilet seat to make it a little more secure, it doesnt move at all, i heard you might need bumpers, look in walmart for them. I bought the aquaus t adapter for $20 on amazon to control the water supply to the bidet without affecting the water supply to the toilet tank. The neo 185 is a fantastic product...buy it! 2go products are a great company to deal with, excellent customer service AAAA+++++!!
