I basically cured my hubbys acid reflux using this supplement and by also using Digestive enzymesHcl peppsin, L glitamine (can help me too), and Apple cider capsules. Doctors are useless. We saw one and recommended expensive medication that didn’t help at all! So I researched. He had high stomach acidity and slow digestive system. At first I gave him two capsules as recommended on the bottle, after 2 weeks when he started to feel better I went down to one capsule so he wouldn’t depend on them. He also ate right and didn’t eat foods that would trigger anything like onions, tomatoes, and dairy. It’s been 3 months and no incidents, he can actually eat onions and tomatoes now. Onions used to get him so bloated it would block his airway for hrs and had to be taken to the ER. So thankful for supplements!

I have been using this magnesium brand for years. Never any issues and it works much better than other brands. Unfortunately the price went up but that's everything!
