Product is too good.

First, I received a defective product and damaged packaging 📦. Then, the Amazon refund process was terrible; it took almost a month to get my money back 💸. I still haven't received my money at the time of writing this review. #Amazon #Refund #CustomerService #Problems

Amazon delivery is awesome. On delivery unable to open it, though it accepted any finger print/sensor works. I could also hear the motor opening the lock, but door didn't open.Godrej customer care is pathetic. Lady was not at all interested to hear my concern that its delivered in door locked condition. But she simply points me to Godrej support site, which has video for how to register the finger prints. I clearly asked her if this site has video for how to open the locked door in first attempt. She said YES but its not the case.I called them again. Fortunately I was connected to other executive and he understood the problem and raised complaint for the same. With-in 3 hours Godrej technician visited home and found out that its door jam. He applied some pressure with screw driver on the door sides and it came out in few attempts.Screw supplied does not seem to hold the 16KG locker if you just fix it on wall. Either use some strong screws and/or fix it on both wall side and bottom side with 8 screws. This can be best fixed on wooden cabinets.Its very easy to register upto 30 finger prints. Has manual key for back-up, incase of batery expired or any other problem.Remember this model is to protect your items from unauthorised access. And it does serve the purpose for the amount paid. Dont treat this as a replacement for bank lockers. For that you need to invest more and different models exists (fire proof, double stronger walls etc).

An excellent and niche product from Godrej. The packaging is very sturdy and solid with no chances of damage. Along with the locker, 2 manual override keys, 4 AA batteries, 4 anchoring screws, 1 partition shelf and 1 matt is received. The locker has 8 fixing holes 4 on the back and 4 on the bottom. But only 4 screws are included. Can be easily self set up using the user manual.

Value for money...nice one

It’s really good product from Godrej. Received Safe locker Keys, 4 batteries, partition plate, mat with 3M adhesive, warranty card and user manual. The product was delivered very well with good packing. Worth the purchase.
