Good way to take Vit D

This comes as powder in a capsule, i break open the capsule and add it to my morning drink (green powder drink or a vitamin c fizzy tablet drink) mixes easily and doesn't affect taste.I don't really know if i can see any noticeable difference from taking it but it seems to be an important supplement to take especially in the UK in the winter months when we are not getting enough vitamin d from the sun.I will buy it again for this reason and also because it is meant to be an important supplement for your teeth.Weston price talks about Vit D I believe and K2 as being very important for healthy teeth, and they work synergistically together. So good on LLS putting them together .

If you want to take D3 as a supplement then it needs to have K2 which provides a high quality product for easy absorption. Avoid all supplements which contain “fillers”. Very happy with my purchase.

Every 3 months I get my blood tested for various things including vitamin D. The first test showed a deficiency in August 2021. That was with no supplementation in summer, so clearly going into winter I needed to supplement.The next test, in November 2021, was with Vitamin D supplements from Lidl. I wanted to test if cheap supplements actually work before spending more as my supplement stack was starting to become a decent monthly expense.There was no increase in my Vitamin D levels from Lidl supplements (this may have been balanced by less sunlight in winte, but negligible).I'd been buying lls supplements for a while and know the magnesium works (you can feel it), but they are more expensive so I needed to validate they work.I was tested again in February 2022 and my Vitamin D levels increased from 50 nmol/l to 71 nmol/l, around 40%. That was with no change to my daily exposure to sunlight.If you're going to swallow a white powder everyday for the test of your life, it's worth getting one that you know works.
