I wouldn't buy these as the cardboard on the front and the back come off easily and when your turn over a page it comes off the spirals. I wouldn't recommend these.

I have nothing but praise for this wonderful little notebooks. Great size and having 12 in the pack is great for family sharing. Excellent value for the price. Just what I wanted. Highly recommended.
