I've seen improvement
My flexibility has increased greatly. I find when I am consistent with it, I rest better and am more comfortable when I have to sit for extended periods. It has helped to improve my overall circulation and nightly rest. The strap is durable. I would prefer a wider/thicker strap so it remains unwithered. I can see how over time one must become more self reliant for stability.

Best quarantine purchase so far!
Ok I was on the fence about buying this... I am SO glad that I did! Installation is literally as easy as tossing one end over the door and closing it.I weigh 156lbs and I put my full weight on it and leaned forward, it held me just fine. This is going to be so great for regaining range on motion in my left leg after healing from sciatica! If you're on the fence, get it!

Easy to use
The media could not be loaded. Takes a bit of muscle to pull with your arms but a little strength training can be good! Nice way to stretch vertically if you don't want to get down on the floor. Can help you practice needle or other standing poses. Sturdy and easy to use simple design. Make sure your door is tall enough for you

Great product, even better company and service!!
My daughter bought this and the first one wasn't working as we expected. I reviewed it and indicated it wasn't working as expected. I immediately got a customer responded, asked what was happening, replaced the product and the new one is working great! It's everything my daughter wanted and she uses it all the time for dance! Great product and even better customer service!! It's hard to find quality products and service today and I would recommend and buy other products from this company.

Been using this daily since i got it! Absolutely LOVE IT!! My posture has improved and i can ALMOST do the splits! So easy to set up just throw it over a door. Theres a card to show you poses to use but i also looked some moves up on youtube

Works great however, you must be sure your door is sturdy enough. Also if there were more padding where your ankle goes it would be a lot more comfortable

Sturdy product
Using this product for hip abductions to assist in opening my pelvic area. It’s very easy to use and it’s sturdy on every door I’ve tried it on.
