I have had two name brand pumps in the last 14 years, they are pricey. I wanted a pump that would not cost a lot and do the job that I want. This pump exceeded my expectations. It was somewhat easy to install. I had an electrician put a wire on, it did not come with one. 230 volt. It took him about 5 minutes. Then I installed it. It has two speeds, so I ran it on high the fist day, then switched to low… low speed does the job and I expect my electric bill should be less. I am also impressed with how quiet it is. I like it better than my other two pumps. Actually, I like it A LOT better than the name brand pumps that I had.I have only had it two weeks. So far, I am very pleased.

We bought this item in November 2024 as a replacement for our old one. We did not put it in until April 2025 as the old one was still limping along. We THOUGHT the warranty was for 1 year which is standard. The new pump worked 1 week and burnt up. The seller said 30 day warranty/90 on parts. No SATISFACTION REALIZED SO WE HAD TO BUY A DIFFERNT PUMP. ONE WE KNEW CAME FROM A GOOD SOURCE. DON'T BUY THIS BRAND.

This pool pump seems to be well made. I love the flip up plate instead of the type you unscrew to remove leaves and debris. Two months in and so far happy. It has a toggle button for low and high speed. Low speed is really low. I run on high speed and it moves water. My old pump ran very hot and burned some electricity. This new one runs at like 85 degrees, and it shows on electric bill. Priced right. You do need some basic electrical skills to install, and a little plumbing skill to connect PVC. I believe it comes with an electrical plug, but my system requires straight wiring. So I just cut off plug and connected to my existing wiring. It had a 220v plug. Flip your electrical breaker off before installing.

Nice pump for the price. Works well on high speed but does not stay primed on low speed.

Pump was delivered earlier than expected, adapter unions made it easy to install, Nice to speed option and very quiet operation. Worried about buying a foreign made pump, but so far the quality and operation efficiency is impressive.

All I can say is it's dual speed.I love the way it opens and virtually uses.No electricity and it's a horse and a half fur the price you can't beat it

It 1st arrived with the end cover damaged and cracked . They sent out a new cover and our pool guy went to finally install it to find a screw broken off inside where the new screw could not hold the cover on . We could not go another month here in Florida with no pool pump so our pool guy had to duct tape the cover on to protect the inside of the pump from the elements also there are 2 black wires with no diagrams where 1 of them goes

Pump came in with shipping damage to the rear plastic cover, I contacted the manufacturer and they shipped the parts within a week.Recommended better packaging.
