These are just as gooder as the factory ones. Id say just as par as oem and gooder as they are more cheaper as the ones that it come with at the store. More gooder!

I have been happy with Greenbox cartridges for several years now, but the last color cartridge (CL246XL) is poor quality -- colors are not true to the document (example: a medium gray color shows up as pink). This is the second time I have had problems in the last year. Last time it would not print at all - if I remember correctly, the black cartridge was the problem that time (PG245XL).I always order one when I replace one, so by the time I am ready to use it, my return window is closed. If it doesn't work well, I am "stuck with it". I could not find a way to contact them last time, so I just reordered and threw away the one that didn't work -- absorbing the cost. Thankfully, my new order worked. With this recent order, I had trouble with the color cartridge as noted above. It does print, so I have continued to use it, but am very disappointed with the color quality. I did find a customer service email address this time and sent my complaint directly to them, but I have not yet received a reply (6 days ago).

UPDATE: The customer service for this company contacted me and gave me a refund. They were very kind and wanted to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Because of this I have changed my review to 5 stars. Just wanted others to know that if you choose to buy these cartridges you can rest assured you won't be taking a risk if they don't work for you.The packaging is great and I loved the price and the cartridges looked like great quality. I also had no problems with my printer recognizing the cartridge as other people reported having, but if I had they included a pamphlet showing me how to remedy that. After seeing all that I was excited to think I had found the solution to my over expensive ink issues but sadly I was wrong. The black cartridge leaked all over me when I took off the tape to install it. I cleaned it & installed it and although I ran cleaning maintenance and alignment 3 times on my printer all of my printings have white streaked lines which I didn't have with the Canon brand cartridges. Luckily I'm only using the ink to print stencils I'm cutting out so a quality picture wasn't needed but if I had to do anything else that needs to look nice I will have to buy more ink cartridges right away. I saved my Canon cartridges when I replaced them with these so if I have a lapse of sanity, I may try to refill the ink on those myself. Keep shopping for a better substitute or buckle down and get the name brand. Sometimes you have to pay for the quality you need.

I use my printer 2-3 times a week and the cartridges only last a couple months. They seem to dry up in idle time.
