Quality taste etc., seems wet but not clumpy. Leaving out on a papper plate helped a little. Doesn't work well in regular shakers since the granules are slightly larger than highly processed salts.

It does have a wet like texture to it. It has a better taste than regular salt strong so use less to u get use to it. I use it and pink salt both
