It's perfect!! Eggs, bacon,and hash browns all at the same time. Pancakes??? you can do 8 large or10-12 four inchers!! I love it! BLT's?? I had 20 pieces of bacon cooking!! Burgers?? 4 buns with butter toasting at the same time with the 4 burgers sizzling!! It's the biggest one I've seen and works great!!!

So I love this griddle. I love the size, the non-stick surface is awesome, and it's lightweight and easy to store. But the reason I took off a star is because it doesn't cook evenly. The center isn't nearly as hot as the other places, when I make pancakes, half of it is light and half dark, and in the upper right corner near the temperature control, the griddle cooks hotter than anywhere else so those pancakes (that's all I've made on it so far) come out evenly cooked but darker than the rest. If this thing cooked evenly, it'd easily be 5 stars. For the price, though, it's a great buy. I just have to learn to work around its issues.

This thing is awesome! It is big enough but not too large that it takes too much space, it cooks foods evenly, and is incredibly easy to clean. The grease tray works great! This is exactly what we were looking for!
