Holistic Select Natural Dry Puppy Food, Anchovy & Sardine, 15-Pound Bag

We had some very specific requirements for a dry dog food due to health issues ina senior dog.The Holistic Select puppy food was the one that met the protein and digestibility requirements better than any senior dry food we had tried, or even adult formula. Our vet agreed that it would be suitable, so we started feeding it.Our large breed senior dog thrived on it and we had no problems keeping weight on him or having digestion issues as we had with some other foods. He ate this food for nearly 2 years before passing away from an unrelated issue.We would definitely try it for a puppy.

I have used this food for 8 months with our pembroke welsh corgi and never had any issues, my pup loved it.My only complaints is that I can not find this brand of dog food locally, I can find the cat food but not dog food. I ran out of this dog food one day (being a bad pet owner.) Instead of continuing with this brand of food, we switched to Blue Buffalo Wilderness.If you get a auto-purchase subscription you won't run into the problem I had.

A local boutique pet shop recommended this food for my dog Abbie the week we brought her home. She is a goldendoodle and apparently the golden retriever in her needed more fish oil. I went in expecting to purchase omega 3 supplements and instead purchased this food. She was cured of her problem within days and we have kept her on this food ever since. She is now 9 mos old and has a beautiful coat.

Be prepared for the smell....no second guessing what this kibble was made of lol.I've had my dogs on the Holistic Select puppy (lamb & oatmeal) formular and now that they're almost a year old decided to start mixing in an adult food. This was the first one I tried. The dogs enjoyed it.

My dog was such a picky eater. Seemed to have trouble digesting his food. Then my daughter-in-law recommended Holistic Select. His appetite improved, he waits anxiously for meal time, and no more digestion problems. He's only a year old so we'll be using this for a long time.

My puppy is pretty picky about food and treats, but started to steal a friends dogs food whenever we visited. We bought her some of her own and she loves it. So happy to have found it!

I did a lot of research about dog food before we settled on this. Holistic select uses good ingredients that are healthy for your growing puppy. Our puppy loved it immediately and we haven't had any problems with it.
