I received a message from Amazon telling me that this order was cancelled because it was out of stock. I am returning the much smaller one that I received. If it is out of stock, why is it still being shown as available. I want a refund. Sadly, I love the product.

Nivea Soft is a wonderful product, but this seller promised a jar that is 500ml. I received a small 6.8 oz (or 201ml) jar that is normally less than half the price paid.How does Amazon allow this deceit?
